Let’s turn that technical knowledge into something we can all discuss!

Big topics, real impact.

You’ve got one of those big topics that feels like no one is getting? You’ve tried to sort through it yourself (or with the help of an AI friend) and it’s still coming up against blank stares?

That’s where I come in. I get it. And by “it” I mean the complexity, the context, the community, the nuance, the unsaid, the unknown, the pauses and everything in between.

I help break down the “big topics” so anyone and everyone who needs to be part of the conversation can actually build a shared solution.

I do this through three different stages, depending where you are at with your project:

Stage 1: Engagement strategy + participation audit

You get an approval-ready engagement strategy plus an audit of your project materials against one question: can the people who need to know have that discussion with you?

Stage 2: Delivery and engagement

The hands and feet on the ground to bolster your understanding of community and stakeholders. This stage covers materials in parallel formats, facilitated sessions, response management and building your team's capability to carry the momentum forward.

Stage 3: Reporting and loop closure

Turning the conversations into a visible outcome report for your board, regulator or review panel. This includes the highly valued, often overlooked step of reporting back with "you said, here's what we're doing" materials that close the loop with community.

What makes me the right choice

My brain is wired for pattern recognition, and the pattern I see most often is the gap between what a project is technically and what people actually need to know to discuss it effectively.

Trust me, I know how important the technical details are (I’ve got a family full of engineers and accountants!). Buuuuttt, a technical document can be accurate and still leave people confused.

My role? I rebuild the key information in a way that is designed for different brains and backgrounds so we can actually have the right conversations.

I live in regional Victoria and design for it. Regional communities span generations and the technology divide, and they remember who engaged properly last time. This means I take the time to understand, unpack and design for the:

  • Scanners need the decision and what it means for them, quickly.

  • Step-by-step readers need the reasoning laid out in order before they will trust it.

  • People who need clarity without overload switch off when every detail arrives at once.

Why? Because better conversations start with better information.
